The Role: Backend Engineer & Architect
We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for building robust server-side logic, managing databases, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness of our digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Backend Development: Design and implement scalable applications using Python and JavaScript (Node.js).
• Database Management: Architect and optimize complex queries using SQL; manage database health and data integrity.
• API Integration: Build and maintain RESTful APIs to power our AI-led research tools and client platforms.
•Technical Delivery: Work within an agile environment to deliver high-quality code that meets the "customer wow" standard.
Required Skills & Competencies
• Core Tech Stack: Advanced proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Systems Design: Strong understanding of database management systems and backend architecture.
• Drive: High energy and a proactive mindset to own project modules end-to-end.
Educational & Experience Requirements
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of core backend development experience.
• Education: * B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a reputed institute is mandatory.
