About the role:
· This role is in the Private Capital practice of Praxis Global Alliance, where engagements will involve due diligence (CDD, ODD, VDD), fund strategy & sector scan and will require coming up with compelling approaches, frameworks, and solutions to client problems
· Senior consultants / team leaders run multiple workstreams in projects along with their associates end to end, have full ownership of the deliverables and assume leadership roles on their team- as such, your team's successes also enhance your own personal results story
· Driving high-quality research and analysis in your workstreams
Key Responsibilities:
· Experience in investment thesis development, business plan modeling, market sizing and competitive right to win
· Support leadership in ensuring positive client impact, project success, project management, team development and training
· Ownership of analysis on excel and be comfortable with handling data to derive meaningful insights
· Work collaboratively with Praxis Principals, Managers, Associate Consultants, and cross-functional data science and technology teams
· Be extremely focused on outcomes; Be flexible to deal with ambiguous and dynamic environment, morph as required
Desired Competencies:
· Minimum 2-5 years of consulting, advisory or professional services experience from consulting firms
· Minimum 2-3 year of experience in due diligence engagements (CDD, ODD, VDD), fund strategy and sector scan
· Ability to manage multiple workstreams alongside associates under them, showcasing strong multitasking skills
· Strong levels of ownership and should demonstrate pride in output
· Analytical, ability to derive patterns from data / push for insights
· Resourcefulness and tactfulness in getting market inputs and client requirements
· High focus on outcomes and must enjoy driving clients to action
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a must
· Must be a value-driven individual with high degree of integrity
Educational and other requirements:
· Graduate degree with strong academic performance, preferably with a strong analytical background
· MBA from a top-tier institute preferred—such as Ivy League B-schools in the US, IIMs (A, B, C, L, I, K), ISB, XLRI, FMS, and SP Jain
· Consistent track record of academic excellence
· Demonstrated leadership in both educational and professional settings with high drive and energy
